Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get started with the API?
Create an account, generate an API key from your dashboard, and refer to our documentation for examples of how to make requests.
What is a credit and how does it work?
Credits are used to make API requests. Different endpoints cost different amounts. You can purchase credits from your billing dashboard or set up auto-recharge.
Can I test the API before purchasing credits?
Yes! Use the Playground in your dashboard to test API endpoints with your own API key. You won't be charged for test requests.
What are the rate limits?
Rate limits vary by endpoint. See our documentation for the specific limits. If you exceed the limit, you'll receive a 429 response.
How do I increase my rate limits?
Contact our support team to discuss higher rate limits for your use case.
